Customers in this area are experiencing tan to orange color due to iron from the well. This is caused by a check valve failure pumping water backwards toward the wellhead, disturbing iron deposits and reducing phosphate efficiency. There are no health issues associated with this mineral, replacement parts have been ordered and we will update you when repairs are complete.
