The Consolidated Water Supply Corporation will be assisting the City of Groveton with emergency water supply needs. Beginning immediately and continuing as needed, bulk water tanker trucks will be filled near the new Latexo ISD gym parking lot.
The tanker trucks are operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). Residents in the surrounding area may experience:

Customers in the County Line area no longer need to boil their water. This area includes customers on CR's 179, 181, 182, 183, 184, Anderson CR 1171, and Hwy 287 N between CR 179 and ACR 1171. All samples were clear.

Customers in the Oak Grove area no longer need to boil their water. This area includes customers on CR 2300 between CR 2330 and 2305, as well as customers on CR's 2330, 2340, and 2345. All samples were clear.

Customers on the Pine Mountain system no longer need to boil their water. This area includes customers on FM 2076 from Loop 304, going West for 4 miles, Hwy 7 between CR 2000 and CR 3020, Hwy 21 from CR 3105, going West for 1 mile, FM 229 from Loop 304, going West for 2 miles, as well as CR's 2000 through 2040, CR 3105 and 3107. All samples were clear.
